01. The order
When placing the order, a max of 5 days for preparing the order and max of 2 days for shipment is indicated. The shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
There is no cancelation after placing the order as it will be on its way.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, can log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

In case of damages, what should I do?
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note we can only fix your order within 3 days of your package being delivered. If you do not contact us within the 3 days, we are unable to resolve the issue due to time that has passed.
